Human Resources Department
The Human Resources Department is the department responsible for maintaining and enhancing the Commission’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee human capital development and human resources policies, programs, and practices. In alignment with the Commission’s strategic plan 2017 – 2021, the Human Resources strategy focuses on the development and implementation of systems and processes that enhance human capital attraction, retention, development and performance.

Current activities:
The department will be embarking on an organisational development project aimed at enhancing all processes which facilitate the delivery of organisational effectiveness in order to realise the mandate of the Commission and to transform the Commission to the growth and development cyclical stage. This will include the review and/or introduction of organisational systems that will manage business processes so as to ensure sustained quality service delivery.
